Order processing time

On the product page, you will find detailed information about the time required to prepare the product for shipment. We begin processing your order immediately after receiving payment. In the case of traditional bank transfers, the order processing time is extended by the time it takes for the payment to be credited.

Order processing times may be longer during promotional campaigns.

Once your entire order is complete, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier, type of shipment, and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days. If you selected pickup at an InPost Paczkomat® locker, the shipment will arrive at your chosen point within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the moment of dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address provided during the order placement.
